    Irene Starr 1950’s Tiller Girl

    Sixth from the left in this photo is Irene Starr. Irene danced with The Tiller Girls from the late 1940’s through to 1950’s and appeared with the Tiller’s in two command performances at the London Palladium during the 50’s. Irene married Doug Holland and started her own successful dance school in Tiverton, Devon. I will be adding more photos and stories from Irene shortly as I am due to go and visit her.
